Instagram doesn’t allow people to post topless / nude photos. Sure, you can post them, but they’ll get removed pretty quickly.
Earlier this week pop star Miley Cyrus posted a photo of herself bare breasted on the social media photo site, but it was deleted pretty quickly

The photo isn’t erotic or even mildly pornographic…
